Advanced Software Technologies is a European company specialising in fingerprint biometrics for access control and other applications. Founded in 1984 and situated in both Spain and France the company has additional expertise in the production of identity documents and application development.

An interesting organisation. This is the German site which is very well presented and gives an overview of the broad range of biometric related activities whith which the company is involved. There is also a welcome emphasis on support with a separate internet based support section.

C-VIS is a software and engineering company specialising in computer vision systems for security and automation. One of their primary products is the FaceSnap recorder, a digital video recorder with built-in face recognition. C-VIS was awarded the European Information Technology prize in 1996 for its face recognition technology FaceCheck.
